Haggis

A Scottish pudding cooked sausage with lamb innards and oats. Specially made for 'Burn's Night'.

Pre-orders for Haggis are now closed. There will be limited stock available to buy at our stall at Markthalle Neun this Friday 24th and Saturday 25th January. 

Available to order as Small 0,3kg, Medium 1kg or Large 2,5kg. 

Ingredients: Lamb heart, liver, lungs 50%, oats , suet, meat stock, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon. 

Shelf life: 28 days after packing date
