A Scottish pudding cooked sausage with lamb innards and oats.

Available to order as Small 0,3kg, Medium 1kg or Large 2,5kg.

Ingredients: Lamb heart, liver, lungs 50%, oats , suet, meat stock, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon.
