Sausage Rolls

Two packs of sausage rolls, a red onion and English cheddar meat wrapped in puff pastry. Always better with our Tomato ketchup.

Ingredients: Sausage mixture 68% (lean pork belly 55%, cheddar cheese (3.4%), onion, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR, yeast, salt), salt, molasses, pepper, sage, thyme), puff pastry 32% (WHEAT FLOUR, vegetable oils and fat (palm), water, salt), WHOLE EGG.

Preparation: heat in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 10-12 minutes
