Market Stand Manager (M/F/X)
Sausage Man Industries is looking for a part-time Stand Manager to run our weekend stall at Markthalle Neun.
As the stand manager, you’ll be the main customer-facing side of the business and a key part of our small, hardworking team. The Stand Manager will be taking on an established role (we’ve been trading at the Markthalle for over a decade!) but you will support us during a new phase where we are streamlining our stand - reducing our opening to hours to Saturday only and offering a series of hot food pop-up events.
This role is offered as a Minijob, starting March 2026. Working hours are 8:00–19:00 on Saturdays every week. Hours may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand.
Must haves:
- An effective communicator in English and Deutsch
- Legally able to work in Germany on minijob basis
- Good at reading, writing and mathematics
- Able to work under pressure and in busy environments
- Experienced in retail and/or hospitality
Nice to haves:
- Able to solve problems
- Able to work under time pressure
- Good people skills
